FACTORS AFFECTING CONSUMERS’ REPURCHASE INTENTION TOWARD PETROLIMEX GAS IN DONG HA CITY
This study aims to develop and test an integrated model relating to factors affecting consumers’ repurchase intention toward Petrolimesx gas in Dong Ha city. The study uses the multi-stage random sampling method with 177 customers who have been using Petrolimesx gas in the area. Regression analysis was applied to test the research hypotheses. The findings indicate that six groups of factors affect customers’ repurchase intention, of which Subjective perceptions on product attributes and Environmental concerns are the most influential groups, and conversely, Attitudes toward using the product and Perceived behavioral control have the least impact.
