Applicating Kirkpatric model in evaluate the effectiveness of human resource training at the enterprises
Abstract
To evaluate the effectiveness of training, there are many evaluation models, but the Kirkpatrick model is one of the most popular models used to evaluate training activities. In this article, focus on presenting an overview of the Kirkpatric model of training effectiveness assessment, thereby proposing the application of the Kirkpatrick model in evaluating the effectiveness of human resource training of enterprises such as: Kirkpatrick model in evaluating training effectiveness is used by many organizations/enterprises, however, in this article, the application of this model is presented in evaluating the effectiveness of human resource training of enterprises due to open classes. At the enterprise, in which the proposal at each level will focus on 4 contents, which are: Clearly defining the evaluation purpose; selection of subjects to participate in the assessment (collecting opinions); the time of collecting opinions for evaluation; form and content of evaluation comments.
