Abstract

Objectives: Describe the working motivation of medical staff at Vinmec Times City International General Hospital in 2023. Methods: Cross-sectional description of over 400 health professionals currently working at Vinmec Times City International General Hospital in 2023 (including employees with contracts of more than 6 months, excluding cleaning and housekeeping staff). Using the questionnaire about motivation and job satisfaction of medical staff that has been standardized at the University of Public Health. Analyze data on SPSS 20.0 with tables describing the frequency and ratio of needs. Results: 88.5% of subjects were well motivated about the nature of work, 77.3% were well motivated about job responsibilities and 67.3% of subjects were well motivated about recognition. achievements. The general good motivation characteristic of the development opportunity factor is 67.0% while the general good motivation of progress at work accounts for 82.8%. The percentage of medical staff who are well motivated at work is 86.7%. Conclusion: 86.7% of employees are motivated to work well. Hospitals need to develop mechanisms and policies to maintain employees’ motivation and improve their income
