Study on impacts of climate change to hydrological regimes of the Huong river

Abstract

    The report studies on impacts of climate change to hydrological regimes of the Huong river basin. Base on Climate change Scenerios of IPCC and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for Vietnam, the report downscales the scenarios for precipitation and evaporation in the basin from 2020 to 2100, then uses hydrological model in order to simulate the flow in the basin. Some analysis and comments on the changing of hydrological regime are shown in the reports. The result of the study is reasonable comparing with other research projects, showing the capacity of applying the statistical method in downscaling in real.
