Quality management role of entities in the construction work of hydropower

Abstract

    Official data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade said there are currently 284 hydropower plants with a total installed capacity of 14698,1 MW generator is operating; in addition to 204 projects under construction (6146,56 MW capacity) by 2017 is expected to operate generators and 250 projects (3049,0 MW capacity) has been developed so far. Numerous buildings were broken, cracked, damaged in recent years largely due to Investors, Construction contractor, Consultant,... inexperienced or weak experience in the management and implementation hydroelectric works. Article summarized the problems often encountered in the construction of hydropower plants and proposes quality control measures to enhance the quality management role of entities involved in the construction work of hydropower.
