Changes in flow and water levels of Red river in dry season

Abstract

    Red river system is the dominant water resource of human economic activities in Hong - Thai Bình River Delta. Formation regimes and changes in the Red River water under the influence of climate and the reservoirs upstream. Water demand of the economic sector is the increasing trend while the water of the Red River in the dry season tends to decrease. Therefore, the determination of changes in water flow of Red River during the dry season is urgent to assess the level of water changes and propose solutions for sustainable water use.
