Approach with adaptive agricultural analysis to Cailon-Caibe system

Abstract

    The Cai Lon - Cai Be basin area (CLCB) is a low lying area, which is influenced by the tides of the East Sea and the West Sea. The fresh water supplied to the area is partly from Hau River but mainly from local rain and underground water exploitation. The CLCB irrigation project has been planned for many years with the aim of "salt intrusion prevention for fresh water agricultures" and recently the project was restarted with the aim of "controlling salinity" for socio-economic development of the Camau Peninsula area. This paper is aim to analyse the feasibility of adaptive process with natural conditions in terms of water resources and eco-system in CL-CB catchment for Agricultural production, to support the decision makers regarding to fesible solutions for social-economical development
