Abstract

There are many researchs domestic and abroad about reducing the fuel consumption and safety of cars by various methods. This article discusses the effect of aerodynamics on vehicle performance. The direct consequence of the interaction of the aerodynamics with the frame shell that produces the air resistance increases the fuel consumption of the automobile, especially when the vehicle is moving at high speed. In addition, lift forces reduce the ability to grip, while the momentum can cause the flip effect for vehicle. These are the factors that directly affect the safety of moving cars. In order to reduce the negative effects mentioned above, it is necessary to have in-depth studies of the vehicle's aerodynamics during the design process
