Some problems in determining labour costs of estimated construction costs at present

Abstract

      The article analyzes some of the existing unreasonable, inconsistent in determining the estimated current const of labor and proposed a number of recommendation for the managememt of budgeting, appoval and   settlement construction investment expenses.
