The article has systematized some general reasoning problems about green credit, developing green credit and circular economy, analysing advancing green credit situation in Vietnam in two aspects: Goals achieved and challenges encountered recently. Based on assessing developing green credit situation in Vietnam, author will propose some solutions with aim to foster circular economy in Vietnam.
