Deploying job position-based salary mechanism for public servant and officials: from theory to practice

Abstract

   This paper clarifies and distinguishes necessary terms relating to job position, identifying its components and comprehension, determining value of job position, the relation between the value and salary. The paper also presents specific steps and difficulties in the process of deploying job position-based salary mechanism for public servant and officials.
