A method for determining the reliability of protective zone of the early streamer Emission (ESE) devices

Abstract

The Early Streamer Emission (ESE) devices have been using abundantly in Vietnam since 1990. Its protective zone was established by [1], [2], and [3]. However, they have not mentioned the reliability of protective zone of these ESE devices. This paper proposed a new method based on theoretical researches for determining the reliability of protective zone of these ESE devices.
