Cooperative game theory and its application to cost saving pollution

Abstract

The game theory is applied for solving many real matters, in which there is the matter for saving the pollution treatment cost, and sharing the benefits of exploiting the natural resources. This matter becomes more urgent in the country encountering daily the water pollution like Vietnam. This research concentrates on build the game theory application in economizing the pollution treatment cost and to make the diagram of applying the data treatment automation and calculating the optimal solution for the waste water treatment stations in Ho Chi Minh city. In this study, the approach as Shapley value is used. This article addressed the issue that defines the allowable cost for wastewater treatment when administrative units attached to each other, to meet environmental standards and reduce costs
