The actual development of quality culture at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City

Abstract

The research identifies factors that influence the process of building quality culture at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City. It has firstly presented the reality of developing quality culture at USSH, VNUHCM; secondly, analyzed some advantages and disadvantages of this process; and finally made some recommendations to the teaching and management staff, the university and its units in order to develop quality culture by making use of advantanges and achievements and by trying to overcome disadvantages and challenges.
