The relatively compact criterion in the functional spaces and its application in statistical structure

Abstract

In this paper , we present a new relatively compact criterion in the functional spaces . By using this criterion , with some conditions on the class of estimators, we prove some theorem on the existence of Bayesian estimators and on the approximation of Bayes estimators by polinomial functions .
