Mathematical model of cohesive sediment transport in the shallow sea basin. Part 2: applying to compute and simulate sediment flow in the littoral of Cần Giờ

Abstract

This is the application of the model to compute and simulate sediment flow in the littoral of Can Gio. The calculating process is in following order: firstly, applying the flow model to the region until the whole region fluctuates regularly; after that, implementing the transport model coordinately. The results of flow, suspend sediment concentrations are compared with the results of previous researches, and with the real measurament resukts.
