Abstract

E-payment is an important component of e-commerce which helps improve service quality and enhance user satisfaction of the e-commerce in the digital era. This study proposes and tests a model of e-payment adoption, using SEM analysis on a survey of 200 participants who once used or intend to use e-payment in Ho Chi Minh city. We found that 6 out of 9 hypotheses are supported. The results also demonstrate that there are linear relationships between service quality, social influence, easy to use and e-payment adoption. The research model explains roughly 50,6% the e-payment adoption.
