The special Vietnam - Laos relationship in the innovation period

Abstract

Vietnam Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Vietnam - Laos cooperation sub-committee Nguyen Xuan Phuc affirms the complete victory in the resistent war against foreign invaders, the two countries have signed Friendship and Cooperation Agreement expressing the determination to continue consolidating the traditional friendship relation, special solidarity, comprehensive cooperation between the two country in the new period. In the innovation process, the two countries go abreast and support each other. The comprehensive cooperation on political, education - training, security - national defence and economy, has brought positive results for both countries, making great contribution on country building and protecting.
