Some opinions on basic and comprehensive innovation in education and training

Abstract

The key issue in implementing the basic and comprehensive education - training innovation guidelines which was mentioned from the XI Party Congress is to switch from mainly knowledge transmission education to personality, capacity development education. That is the educational philosophy, perspective and science, which are related to the goals, programs, methods, management mechanism, system organization... in order to release and develope learner's creative ability at the utmost level; to respect and promote learner's personality.

Developing learner's personality and capacity and the demand of human resources raise the requirement of organizing an open education, lifelong learning together with building a study society, developing electronic education and appopriate management methods.
