In the Innovation period, our Party paid great attention to renovate and enhance people's mobilization quality, to boost communication and mobilization, to promote people's ownership, to strengthen the Party - People's flesh and bone coherence. The Party and the State constantly innovate, diversify mobilization methods and people gathering forms. To continue enhancing people's mobilization quality, it is necessary to focus on: continuing renovating in form and method for an appropriate people's mobilization, paying attention to build the cadres, consolidating Board of Advocacy and mass mobilization organizations, enhancing the coordination among executive committees, government, the Front and other organizations in mass mobilization.
