To continue amending regulations to ensure the leading role of Vietnam Communist Party towards the State and society

Abstract

The author focused on clarifying the theoretical and practical basis of the Communist Party of Vietnam's leadership role recognition in the 1992 Constitution. Reality proved that the foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam is inevitable history, throughout history, our Party always denote the political and leadership capacity to meet the development requirements of our nation. The Communist Party of Vietnam has led Vietnamese people to overcome challenges, to gain great and historic achievements. Amending and supplying the 1992 Constitution is to continue confirming and deepening the leadership role of the Communist Party of Vietnam to the State and society.
