To maximize the organization of teaching and studying to foster theoretical and practical knowledge for the expecting senior cadre resources

Abstract

Giving speech at the first class of fostering the senior cadre resources for office term 2016-2021 and the following terms, comrade To Huy Rua affirmed the position and importance of the operations of cadre training and fostering, and assisted the Academy, involved agencies and the whole trainee of the class to seriously and strictly follow the syllabus, to focus on morality, style; to take initiative in theoretical fostering, practical summarizing; to unify in applying positive teaching method; to create close and effective association among the Academy, the Party Central Organization Committee  and all locals, ministries and sectors to ensure the best conditions for the class.
