ADDRESS IN SALES NEGOTIATION (Basing on sales communication source from student at student market in Hanoi)

Abstract
Sale is the communication activity in which both retailer and buyer would like to archieve their goal by different approaches. There are many communication activities which are used. Following that, it has a lot of impact factors. However, this article only mentions the address as a matter of sales communication strategy, and the communication in sales negotiation specifically. In accordance with our collections, we modelize all of the address forms which retailers and buyers usually use. Based on it, we explained the difference of each group in address, which shows the impact of communication role and position in chosing the approaches in address.
