Abstract
The procedure of hybrid seed production of two-line rice hybrid TH3-4 was developed successfully in the north in Summer season and in Quang Nam in Spring season. The sowing/transplanting date for both thermosensitive genic male sterile line (TGMS or S line) and R line, the R: S line ratio and the optimal dose and time of GA3 spraying were recommended for both regions
