The quality of Vietnam's economic growth looks at the icor coefficient

Abstract

Effective use of resources, including the use of investment capital, is an important factor in ensuring the quality of economic growth. The paper focuses on the analysis of the ICOR (Incremental Capital Output Ratio) over the last decade to show the efficiency of capital use which can provide an assessment of the quality of Vietnam's economic growth. . The paper points out the remaining issues in capital use such as low investment efficiency, the difference in investment efficiency across economic sectors ... On the basis of the shortcomings the article put forward A number of policies aim to improve the efficiency of the use of investment capital to improve the quality of growth of the Vietnamese economy.
