Assessing the quality of human resources quality in Lai Chau province

Abstract

Lai Chau is a strategically important position in national defense, security and national sovereignty. However, the quality of human resources is low, poverty is severe, human resources have low social productivity, only one third of the labor productivity of the country is the cause of real The socioeconomic status is slow to develop and the standard of living of Lai Chau people is low, only one third of GDP per capita. Through this article, the author proposes some policy priorities to improve the quality of human resources in Lai Chau province to improve the socio-economic efficiency of the province.
