Solutions for household economic development in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi

Abstract

Farmers' economic development in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi has achieved many results. However, due to different policies and conditions, different production experiences, the level and the results have been achieved. The localities are different. This research applied the econometric model in combination with the descriptive statistics and statistical methods to analyze the factors affecting the household economy development in Quoc Oai district. Data were collected from a questionnaire survey of 180 farmer households in three ecological areas of the district. The results of the analysis show that there are two groups of factors that influence: (i) the group of factors within the farmer household: capital, education, land area and labor force; In the ecological area of ​​the district; (2) external factors: long-term stable land policy, local agricultural extension, product market, favorable geographical location, production tools, rural infrastructure , The impact of economic linkage and agricultural subsidies. This is the basis for proposing a solution book for developing household economy in Quoc Oai district, Hanoi.
