Experience on organizational model of inter-regional machinery in the US and Korea: Lessons for Vietnam

Abstract

Preferential sources (including ODA and preferential loans) are important external resources that support economic growth in many countries. Even with average incomes, many countries continue to use preferential sources of capital to meet development goals, despite the need to mobilize preferential funds under more stringent conditions.
