The role of the state in health system development investment

Abstract


In the world, every state is aiming at socio-economic development and is responsible for assuring the goods and public services that serve the people thereby improving the lives of the people. However, the main trend in the world today is that the state is responsible for the types of goods, services and projects that society can not do, or do not want to do. Under current conditions, in resource-poor developing countries, the State is tending to promote the attraction of non-state resources to investment in social service infrastructure, including The state only focuses on developing social service infrastructure in projects or in areas where the non-state sector does not invest. This article focuses on analyzing the role of the State in investment in developing the health system and demonstrates international experience in investing in the development of the health system.
