In the indispensable trend of our country's economic development, the Northern Midlands and Mountains area is one of the most labor-intensive regions and plays an indispensable role. In national economic development. The article uses GSO statistical data on employment in recent years to assess the labor in this area for local economic development. The labor force in the area belongs to the young people, so many skills are lacking, and the number of unemployed and underemployed remains high. This would replace the supply of both redundant and low-quality labor with respect to the current development requirement.
