Solutions to improve the competitiveness of enterprises producing and consuming coffee in the province of Lam Dong
AbstractCompetitiveness is the endogenous factor of enterprises; In the integration era, it is the measure of the ability to dominate the market, which is to attract customers to the product. Competitive power is the key to success in the market, including basic quality: productivity, quality, efficiency, brand reputation. The paper examines the competitiveness of coffee production and consumption enterprises in Lam Dong province to assess their competitiveness through four criteria: (i) financial competitiveness; (Ii) Competitive ticketing capacity of human resources; (Iii) Competitiveness in science and technology; And (iv) competitiveness in marketing. Based on the assessment, the authors propose solutions to improve the competitiveness of coffee production and consumption enterprises in Lam Dong.
