Religio - Ethnic Community in Kon Tum, Vietnam (A Case Study of Catholism)

Abstract
The article examined two issues related to the religious communities/Catholicism and the ethnic communities in Kon Tum. Firstly, the propagation and expansion of Catholicism in the ethnic minorities led to the establishment the Catholic - Ethnic community in the Central Highlands in general and in Kon Tum from 1848 to present in particular. Secondly, the Catholic - Ethnic community impacted on some typical fields of believers’ life in Kon Tum such as economy, culture, society, religion.
