On a global scale, the role of credit rating agencies is growing with the development of capital markets. In Vietnam, credit rating activities in general and independent credit ratings in particular are considered to be an effective support tool not only to help economic and financial activities take place transparently and openly, but also supports the development of the capital market in a sustainable way, opening up important capital channels of the economy
