Abstract

Vietnam is increasingly integrating deeply into the global economy. For the integration process to be more sustainable, creating and strengthening a position in the network of global supply chains is very important, especially when this system is broken due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In the past time, although Vietnam has had solutions to overcome the situation, in the new context, it is necessary to continue to have efforts and solutions to participate more deeply and effectively in the large global supply chain. To do this, the role of the State is very important.
