Abstract

In the 2016-2020 period, despite many difficulties and challenges, the Committee for the Management of State Capital at Enterprises proactively coordinated with empowered agencies to remove such difficulties in the equitization process of corporations and groups, and directed them to execute equitization of tier-2 enterprises as planned. In addition, the divestment of state capital in corporations and groups has been implemented in accordance with laws and regulations, ensuring publicity, transparency, effectiveness in preserving and developing state capital, and positively contributing to state budget revenue.
