Abstract

Green economy, circular economy are considered inevitable development trends in the context of increasing scarcity of fuels and materials, environmental pollution and unpredictable climate change in many countries around the world. The development of a green economy or a circular economy is a mean as well as a result for sustainable development and environmental protection, so that Vietnam is not an outsider. The paper clarifies contents related to key issues of green economy, environmental protection, policy on green economy development in Vietnam in recent years.
