Abstract

This study presents the process and methods of implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) in units affiliated to tax departments in Vietnam (including 10 steps of application). In this study, the authors also summarize the results obtained from applying the KPIs, thereby proposing solutions to effectively implement the system.
