Abstract

The real estate market is in a difficult situation. This study revises the real estate market in 2013-2023 and forecasts orientation in 2023-2030 to explain the cyclical difficulties of the real estate market. Thereby, the author proposes solutions for real estate market development in the period of 2023-2030, especially the issue of improving the legal framework for the real estate market to develop transparently and effectively.
