IMAGE-QUALITY IMPROVEMENT OF WAVEFRONT CODING SYSTEM WITH RADIALLY SYMMETRIC PHASE MASK
In this paper, we introduce additionally an amplitude mask into optical system with radially symmetric phase mask to enhance image-quality. An amplitude mask can improve low frequency region which is suitable with frequency region of optical system with radially symmetric phase mask is added to improve modulation transfer function (MTF). Simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed method by evaluated based on the MTF and simulation images. Results demonstrated that the proposed method can be used to improve image-quality of optical system with radially symmetric phase mask.
