DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF RELIABILITY EVALUATION, MONITORING SYSTEM OF POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Abstract
In this paper, we present the design of a reliability evaluation, and monitoring system for the power distribution system based on a set of indicators, including the System Average Interruption Frequency Index (SAIFI), the System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI), and Momentary Average Interruption Frequency Index (MAIFI). These indexes are specified in the “Regulation on power distribution system” according to Circular No. 39/2015/TT-BCT. The system consists of devices to measure the electrical parameters of the power distribution system and a monitoring center to determine the reliability of the power distribution system in real-time. In addition, the system also gives warnings about possible problems in the power distribution system. Operational test results of the system are shown to demonstrate the effectiveness of the design.
