Abstract

This article discusses the importance of innovation and human resources (HR)
training in Vietnam in the digital era. Innovation and HR training play a huge role in the success
or failure of a business. Therefore, we have discussed and reviewed a number of highly
reputable scientific articles related to the topic to complete the research objective of this article.
Based on the research results and discussion data, this result shows the importance of
Innovation and training in improving the quality of a business's human resources, thereby
enhancing success and adapting to new challenges the needs of the high-tech economic era.
Therefore, this article serves as a reference for further research related to delivering business
HR solutions and becomes a meaningful input for future business research efforts.
