THE REALITY OF EMPLOYMENT OF WORKFORCE IN TUYEN HOA DISTRICT – QUANG BINH PROVINCE

Abstract

This article shows the results of the reality of employment in Tuyen Hoa District – Quang Binh province in the survey of analyzing and evaluating: Tuyen Hoa district has abundant labor resources which have changed positively in quality. However, they are mainly agricultural labor force in which the number of unemployment as well as underemployment is high proportion. The highly skilled labor is not enough to meet the local’s needs and the average income is less than province’s average. On this basis, we suggest some specific solutions in order to deal with jobs for people in Tuyen Hoa District.
