FACTORS AFFECTING EMPLOYE'S CONNECTION IN LOGISTICS ENTERPRISES IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE

Abstract

Presenting research results include: Statistics describing 05 demographic factors of employees: Gender, Age, Working time, Income, Education level; Testing the reliability of the scale through Cronbach's Alpha coefficients shows that the factors of the research model are highly reliable; Exploratory factor analysis - EFA shows that 06 groups of outcome factors are corresponding to the research model proposed by the author; Linear correlation analysis, Regression correlation analysis shows that 06 independent variables affect employee's engagement, including: (i) Leadership style, (ii) Colleague relations, (iii Income and welfare, (iv) The nature of work, (v) Work environment, (vi) Promotion; and demographics. Research "Factors affecting the engagement of workers in logistics enterprises in Binh Duong province". Based on the research results in chapter 4, chapter 5 presents the conclusions and main governance implications to maintain and improve the employee's cohesion level according to the degree of influence from high to low : Leadership style, Colleagues, Income and welfare, Work nature, Work environment, Promotion.
