Digital literacy framework for Vietnam students in the digital transformation

Abstract

    Research on digital transformation contexts and needs for human resources with digital literacy. The study compares some of the most commonly used digital literacy frameworks all over the world today, thus proposing a digital literacy framework for Vietnamese students, which includes 7 competence areas: Devices and software operations; Information and data literacy; Communication and collaboration; Digital content creation; Safety and wellbeing; Digital learning and development; and Career-related competences.
