Abstract

The paper researches the control and monitoring for high-speed
milling on CNC machining center,using evolutionary algorithms in
the field of information technology and modeling, aiming for the next
generation of quality control and online control of machining process.
The self-optimizing control is one of the intelligent controlling and
monitoring methods, which can detect the cutting conditions and
status of machining. This is a model that responds to developments in
Industry 4.0. This paper proposed the model of a self-optimizing
control, self-monitoring and self-adjusting control system for the
machining process related to the conditions of tools such as tool wear
or tool life, cutting parameters and surface roughness.
