Abstract

This article refers to the influence of cutting parameters and helix angle to cutting force when milling by solid end mill. The contents of the article presents research methods by experiment and data processing to give the relationship between cutting parameters and helix angle with cutting force and application ANOVAR (Analysis Of Variance) analyses relationships dependence of cutting force with cutting parameters and helix angle in milling by solid end-mill tool. Through the mathematical model that can predict the cutting force happened in the machining process. And analyze the impact of cutting parameters and helix angle to the cutting force of the machining process. This study is the basis of other research models in the milling. On the basis of this modeling to design and manufacture end mill tool.
