This paper analysis of working principle of hydrostatic transmission with hydraulic adjust volume. Presented method of determining the scope of adjustment of the gear ratio, hydraulic adjustable volume taking into account the loss of capacity. Introduction of mechanical properties of hydrostatic transmission with hydraulic adjust volume when applying passive shaft speed.
