ASSESSING THE SATISFACTION ON CAREER ADAPTABILITY OF GRADUATES IN ACCOUTING MAJORS AT HANOI UNIVERSITY OF INDUSTRY

Abstract

The research was conducted to assess the career adaptability of accounting
graduates at Hanoi University of Industry in terms of skills, attitudes and
knowledge required. The data of the study was collected from 120 alumni of
accounting profession at Hanoi University of Industry and the enterprise
managers (where they are currently working for). Applying the quantitative
method, the regression results show that the two factors Management and
Attitude affect the satisfaction of the surveyed subjects of which the factor
Managerment has greater impact than Attitude.
