A STUDY ON THE IMPACTS OF TECHNOLOGY PARAMETER ON QUALITY OF SURFACE FINISINGS WITH EXTERNAL GRINDING

Abstract

This paper presents effects of cutting conditions (v,s,t) on surface finishing (Ra) of workpiece, cutting force (P), grinding wear (U) and toollife of grinding wheels with experimental external grinding. With purpose of mathematics modelling, describ in the relation between cutting parameters and surface finishing, cutting force and toollife of grinding wheel, we can select optimizied cutting parameters and controlling the reasonable grinding process.
