Abstract

Derivative financial market is the place for purchasing derivative financial products such as stock purchase rights, warrants, fixed-term contracts, exchange contracts. This kind of market has developed rapidly in the world played an important role in the global financial system. The derivative financial market was so successful due to its benefits to participants in market. However, derivative market is still under developed with simple activities. It’s necessary to carry out 4 solutions to develop this kind of market in Vietnam synchronizing legal institutions; enhancing research and exchange expercence with dveloped market, improving stock exchange, further advertising to promote investment awareness of derivative financial market to increse investmen capital in Vietnam.
